Welcome to our modern home in the heart of Coolum, just 450 metres from the beach. Enjoy sunny beach days and easy evenings in this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with 1 large living and kitchen area, air conditioning, fans, and family-friendly touches throughout. It is ideal for young or multi-generation families.
Our place is perfectly positioned next to numerous cafes, restaurants, parks and shops, with the beach and boardwalk just a few minutes' walk away.
Spend your days at the beach, then come home for a quiet evening on the deck to watch the sun set.
Our spacious two-storey home is clean, bright and thoughtfully set up for family stays, with 3 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a private master bedroom deck.
We have both ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans, so it is a space that makes it easy to settle in, spread out and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
We are 450 metres from Coolum's main beach and boardwalk, home to numerous cafes and restaurants. There's also a large Coles, a pharmacy and a great local butcher around the corner.

- The main living area has a split system A/C and a three-person couch, ottoman, coffee table and Smart TV with Netflix included.
- The dining area is a light-filled double-height area with an upper-level void overlooking the living space. It contains a large dining table, with 6 chairs and an optional high chair

All bedrooms have ducted A/C and ceiling fans:

We’ll provide fresh linen and beach towels, and you’re welcome to use our washer, dryer, and clothesline, with laundry detergent, toilet paper, and hand wash provided.
OUTDOOR DINING AREA and DECK
Our front garden has a comfortable table and 4 chairs, where you can hear the waves crashing on Coolum Beach, a mere 450 metres away. The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) also has a narrow deck, offering you a chance to step out and get some morning sun.
PARKING
There is lots of free on-street parking on Perry Street, just outside the entrance to the home.
OTHER NOTES
At the heart of the home is a double-height dining space, with an upper-level gallery-style hallway overlooking it.
You're welcome to use the whole house, except for the garage storage area, which is inaccessible.
We living just 2 minutes drive away in Coolum Beach so we'll be available for any questions or issues by phone/messaging at most hours of the day.
Please note that this is a home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9 pm and ask that you respect our neighbours and generally keep noise to a minimum.
