Tri-fold front doors lead into the open plan living with Large wall mounted TV, dining for 4, and large kitchen island. Ceiling fans, Mitsubishi reverse-cycle air conditioner, and Rinnai heater keep the living area comfortable while two lots of tri-fold glass doors open the entire space to the shaded pergola area. There is also a Geneva Acustica Blue Tooth speaker set up in the living space to liven up meal times and hanging out in the cool shade of the alfresco patio and fully sheltered table tennis area beyond.

The Kitchen has chic countryside style, double-door stainless steel fridge, Greville Espresso machine with grinder and steam wand, microwave, 5-burner gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and loads of quality kitchenware.

With large timber dining set for 8-10 people, surrounded by lush landscaping with a tropical flair and fully sheltered on all sides. Just around the corner down the back of the house is a gate to close off the patio area - perfect for wandering toddlers.
