Positive: The staff member who assisted us at check-in and accompanied us on the property tour was extremely polite and very kind.

Negative: We felt that the photos on Booking do not accurately reflect the property. For example, the picture of the pool near the chalets and cabins looks completely different on the website. Online, it appears to be a clear blue pool, but when we arrived, it looked brown, and at first we did not even recognize it as a pool. The breakfast was also disappointing. We found it very limited, with few options and an extremely restricted schedule. The breakfast window was very short — not even two hours. After about an hour and a half, service would already stop. For a place meant for vacations, especially for families with children, having such a short and rigid breakfast schedule felt unreasonable. We had to set an alarm just to make sure we would be able to eat. Another negative point is that all the activities are located in the lower part of the property. From the chalets, you need to drive or request the hotel van every time. Nothing is within walking distance, which makes everything less convenient. Because of that, we ended up skipping most of the activities and barely participated in any of them.
