To the left of the entrance hall, the spacious sitting room features high ceilings and three comfortable sofas accommodating up to six guests. A balcony overlooks the quiet, tree-lined street. The living room is the perfect spot to relax, watch TV, or connect with loved ones. Additionally, the middle lounge offers a sofa bed for guests preferring ground-floor sleeping arrangements.

On the ground floor. Accessible via the corridor from the entrance hall, the bathroom is equipped with a luxurious bathtub and a large enclosed shower featuring a rain shower head.
• Kitchen & Dining Area:
The sunlit, air-conditioned kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, illuminated above by a central Velux skylight and by windows looking out to the side passage. It boasts a state-of-the-art 5-burner induction cooktop, fan-forced electric oven, inverter microwave, dishwasher, large French door fridge, and a spacious pantry. Our quiet heritage area is a hidden green gem incredibly close to the CBD, yet we have kookaburras, parrots, blue tongue lizards, bush turkeys and possums. There are many small houses and tall trees on quiet hilly streets.
Centrally located close to Waverton train station (500m), which is only three stops from the CBD.
The house 🏡 is also a short stroll away from stunning water views at Lavender Bay and Luna Park to the East, and the Coal Loader in Balls Head reserve on the West. There is also a charming harbour-side park called Sawmillers Reserve 700m away which is ideal for picnics.
You find cafes and buzzing restaurants around Waverton Station, along Blues Point road in McMahons Point and in Kirribilli/Milson's Point.
