Summary: Hotel is ok, comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast. But contact with customer is poor. I made the reservation for me, wife and two teenagers, and asked if there would be an extra bed. They didn't answer me, besides many attempts of contact. Only in check-in I had to ask for extra beds. Were they thinking we could sleep all four in the same bed? Besides that, the swimming pool is too crowded and the two elevators are not enough when hotel is full.
