Duells Retreat is in the centre of the Peninsula and is a short drive to the gentle local bay beach and Rosebud Village, housing superb cafes (and coffee!) and restaurants brimming with beachside lifestyle. This lovely holiday house has the benefit of accessibility to the country and beach lifestyle.
Decorated with modern chic furnishings, soft and ample light flows gently into each room creating a relaxing environment. Relax in the living room by the fireplace and gaze out at an expansive north facing private garden, such a relaxing outlook you will never want to leave. The indoor/outdoor flow onto the side covered al fresco domain creates a wonderful outdoor room. This space is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing on the outdoor lounges and listening to the gentle sounds of the bird life.
There are ample personal touches at Duells Retreat; a hand crafted firepit with seating, an indoor gas fireplace, BBQ, outdoor setting for 8 with a retractable umbrella, indoor dining for 8. Accommodating everyone is no problem at all. The open plan dining, kitchen (with breakfast bar) and living allow children to be viewed playing outdoors. Perfect for 2 families.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The Master has a King bed (and ensuite – with shower and toilet). There is a further King bedroom (which can split into 2 King Singles) and another bedroom with a triple bunk bed (Queen base and single) and trundle.
Off street parking is available as is Wireless Broadband, reverse cycle heating/cooling and central heating.

After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Pets are allowed but the pet breed and age must be approved with us prior.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
