Welcome to our world of hospitality! Tastefully done interiors and prime location due to it being on main road and close to Karkardooma Metro Station. It is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You’ll love the place because of the neighborhood, food made in the kitchen, the comfy bed, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and marriage guests as well!
The best part of this apartment is super novel and special interiors which not only make the ambiance beautiful, but make it very cosy and comfortable, so that you feel right at home.
It is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms with big and comfortable beds.
There are 3 washrooms with modern Grohe fittings and hygienic western style fittings.
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional and our chef provides fresh and hot home cooked breakfast @ 125 Rs per head and meals @ 200 Rs. per head. We serve only vegetarian food at our property.

Another striking feature is its main road location with sufficient free parking. It is a walk of just five minutes from Karkardooma Metro Station. Other public transport like DTC buses, Uber and Ola cabs as well as private taxis are easily available round the clock.
We are known for our hospitality and have a very keen eye for minute details. Also, now we have two apartments in the same building and can take care of increased number of guests for your occasions like large family union, marriage guests and business conferences.
The Guest is supreme for us and the entire apartment will be at your disposal along with common areas and parking. There is free WiFi and a small library as well for your use.
I live with my family in Vivek Vihar which is at a distance of just five minutes. We have a tradition of meeting each and every guest on the first day of their stay, but without disturbing them. It is our endeavor to assist them for their travelling, cabs, information about train and flights, restaurants and local markets.
The apartment is located on first floor in a posh locality called Saini Enclave. The Apartment at Upper Ground Floor is also owned by me. The place has grocery and fruit/vegetable shops within a distance of 2 minutes. The markets of Rishabh Vihar and Saini Enclave are located within walking distance of five minutes, allowing guests to buy food, medicines and other necessities. Our care takers will be very happy to assist you in getting sim card, arranging tuk tuk/cab or in simply assisting you with your shopping if you desire.
Close-by is the Karkardooma Metro Station from where you can access whole of Delhi and Noida through the Blue & Pink line of Delhi Metro. You can hire Uber or Ola cabs from the airport for our apartment. Alternatively, you can also use Airport Express Metro from the airport to reach the apartment. I will be very happy to answer all your queries regarding transportation and make arrangements if you so require.
