Summary: This place is amazing! Warm, friendly staff, good food, super modern and clean, it's a true gem and oasis. Fast wifi in rooms, although sometimes it was down, and we had to call them to reboot the modem. The only downside is that like any resort, it's a little difficult to get out to restaurants and easier to eat in. The in-house restaurants have amazing food, although really expensive by local standards. We didn't use any of the amenities, like the swimming pool, but those are nice to have. The only suggestions I have for them for the future is to stop supplying bottled water to the rooms and provide clean filtered water instead. Also, to stop using small plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner, and use larger dispensers instead.
