On the 2nd floor of a safe and secure building, away from major roads, in the heart of Lyon. My 52m2 apartment is located in a typical building on the slopes of the Croix-Rousse. Recently renovated to have all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay.

It is composed as follows:

- an open kitchen with everything you need to cook (hob, fridge-freezer, kitchen utensils, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle...). A dining table will allow you to meet.

- two separate bedrooms, one with a 140X200 and another with a 120x200 double bed. You can find plenty of storage space in each bedroom.

- a bathroom with an Italian shower, a sink, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. You will have a washing machine at your disposal in the apartment too.

Quality towels and bed linen, vanity kits and a few coffee capsules will also be provided for your stay.

The living room is equipped with a television and a sofa which can be converted into a double bed (with supplement). The bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer at no extra cost.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is temporarily out of service. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

The trendy Boucle-Gros Caillou area is a warren of steep stone stairways wending uphill behind belle époque houses on the River Rhône banks. Gros Cailloux Garden offers city rooftop panoramas. Former weaving workshops now house bohemian, al fresco wine bars and classic bouchon bistros serving hearty Lyonnais dishes. The streets come to life after dark, when young crowds pour into music bars and late-night clubs.

The nearest metro station is Croix-Rousse, and is only a 7-minute walk (450m) via Rue Magneval.

Services like UBER and G7 are also available in Lyon for you to download.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 40 minutes away by car.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

For security reasons, we do not provide any kind of food products like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
