Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room is perfectly neat and clean bathroom facilities also very nice and spacious room.

Negative: As it is still new hotel but to make contact to hotel is difficult actually we wanted to change room from 3 bed to 2 bed so I texted them and made a call too even asked for cancellation process but they didn't revert.And that I informed them one day earlier way before check in but they didn't took any responsibility too guide or even provide such.On call they said hotel is book can't give room for 2 but when I saw there were rooms available.We had to leave earlier so we had made checkout earlier asked for water bottle during our stay hours only they say they will charge extra rs. But usually it should be bare minimum like in stay hours charging for even water is not expected because it's basic hospitality.
