This recently renovated bright and airy townhouse is just so lovely. On ground level looking out onto one of the best parts of the waterways of Sussex Inlet you will enjoy comfort, cleanliness and the convenience of being only 800 metres from the local shops, tavern and restaurants.
The communal pool is kept sparkling clean and is just 20 metres from your front door.
All living areas are downstairs and the bedrooms and full bathroom with shower and bath are upstairs. Downstairs is a laundry with washer and dryer and a 2nd toilet.
A large kitchen with all the mod cons opens on to the dining area adjacent to the comfortable lounge looking onto the courtyard with bbq and outdoor setting. Reverse cycle air conditioning on both levels provides comfort all year round.
