The property features an entrance hall, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, electric hobs, oven, microwave), two bedrooms with double beds and closets, one bedroom with two single beds and closet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, separate WC, and a utility room with washing machine. There is also a garage for two cars.
The partly covered terrace includes outdoor furniture and artificial grass. Private parking for two cars. The beach is 300 m away, shops 300 m, town center 800 m, swimming pool and fitness center 150 m, free shuttle stop (July/August) 300 m, skate park 300 m, port and sailing school 600 m.
Pets are not allowed. Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.
