Towards the rear of the home, the open-plan kitchen and dining area brings everyone together. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, breakfast bar and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Adjacent, the dining area is fitted with a split-system air conditioner and opens directly to the private courtyard with BBQ, making indoor-outdoor dining effortless.
Upstairs, ducted heating and cooling keep the entire level comfortable year-round. The primary bedroom features a super king bed, built-in robe, dedicated workspace and direct access to a private balcony for a quiet morning coffee. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests.
