From the moment you walk into Links on the Bay you will feel at home. This beautifully renovated home is filled with light and warmth. Links on the Bay is located just over 500 meters from the Catalina Country Club where you can try your hand at the 27-hole Championship Golf Course. Enjoy an afternoon in and have a BBQ while the kids play in the massive backyard. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with an open and airy living room and separate dining.
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage.
Batemans Bay is located in the Eurobodalla region and is a stunning location popular for kayaking and fishing with salt marshes and coastal forests. The region boasts magnificent beaches, fresh seafood and a myriad of water sports both on the sea and in the sparkling Clyde River. Sample local produce, enjoy wildlife encounters and follow ancient walking tracks, or go swimming, surfing, kayaking and fishing, the choices are endless.
Riding along the waterfront using the Batemans Bay Cycleway; it is relatively flat and shows off some incredible scenery. The cycleway passes by many waterfront cafes and restaurants as well as Birdland Animal Park, where you can see 100 species of native birds. The enchanting Clyde River National Park is a natural playground by the river, offering bushwalking, kayaking and fishing. Be sure not to miss the view from Holmes Lookout.
Spend the day at Surf Beach, which is patrolled during the peak summer season. The area’s crystal-clear waters are perfect for an underwater adventure on the Batemans Bay Snorkelling Trail which is made up of, Maloneys Beach, Sunshine Cove Beach, and Guerilla Bay, home to rocks dating back 510 million years. Enjoy a picnic or even take a walk to Burrewurra Point to see the WWII bunker.
