Summary: This hotel look beautiful on the pictures shown on the website, but when we get there I was able to see the corridor was not in a good condtion. I was able to see room with cockroach. I booked for executive room, but I doubt i was staying in executive room. I paid online, but receptionist have no clue that I already paid. They insist me to pay on the counter by cash, but I refused to pay and finally before checkout everything was sorted. Overall I would only give 2 start thats for the location.
