Positive: We had a very good stay at NC Home stays Tirupati. The 3 BHK flat was extremely good. The flat was very spacious and comfortable. Every room is air conditioned. We are a group of 6 we really had a comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean. They'll provide you almost everything. The flat had Fridge, Wi-fi, TV, Hot water and many facilities. The service they offered was good. The response from the team was very quick. You won't feel that you are alone at the flat. They'll quickly respond for any orders. I'll definitely suggest this place if you are a kind of person who is bored from hotels. The pricing was also decent. They won't increase the price when you are checking In which we will face by many of the other hotels. The pricing is the same as shown online. Overall we had a very good stay. Loved it ❤.

Negative: They should inform before that the water bottle charges are exclusive from the overall price. We thought that the water bottle charges were inclusive. Except that everything was good.
