It is a 2 BHK very neat and well-ventilated Flat on 1st floor with attached balcony in both the rooms. Both the rooms have double bed with very comfortable mattress. There is one attached bathroom and one common bathroom, a fresh towel will be provided along with soap. There is Dining space along with dining table, kitchen is available to guest with some basic utensils like cutleries, electric kettle, toaster etc. If you need any utensils related to kitchen, please feel free to reach out/chit chat to us as we stay upstairs and we would love to help you. We have covered parking space available on our property for 2 cars. Currently we don’t have air-condition in our home, we can provide you with extra pedestal fan if needed. It’s a 3-floor building you are free to access terrace space too.
The place is located in South Kolkata between Tollygunge and Sakher bazar and the stop is known as Sitala Tala {Sitala Mandir}. It's a very peaceful and friendly residential neighbourhood, free from traffic chaos but it’s at a 5-7 mins walkable distance from the main road.
