Positive: The room was simple, but ok, and the bed was very comfortable; good AC. Sadly, there was no full-length mirror and I had a wedding to attend, so I found this a huge inconvenience. There was no mini-bar or fridge for food ordered at the hotel restaurant, so I had to throw it out in fear of getting sick. The faucet in the bathroom sink is too short, so when the water is turned on and/or you wash your hands or your face - water goes all over the counter as I discovered when all of my make-up got wet as a result of this problem. I found the door to the bathroom also I bit awkward - something about the spacing. In the room, even though cleaning staff are in and our of there daily, no one noticed that the hotel hairdryer plug didn't fit into the socket, and since it was not moveable - I couldn't try another plug. So bizarre that no one from the cleaning staff ever noticed this. Actually - it wasn't until late at night that I took a shower coming home from a wedding event that I discovered this anomaly. Since the phone didn't work to connect to reception - which is an unidentified desk in the entrance of the property - I had to stay awake until my hair dried - though I had hoped to go to sleep sooner. While the pool is lovely - as is the music - it plays over and over and over again - somewhat maddening - never changing!! Plus, there are only 2 lounge chairs at the pool, which closes at 8pm (far too early for me). As such, I felt awkward using the pool when others were already there as there was no room for me to lounge. Lastly - to get to the beach, you need to leave the complex of Air B and B's (no it's not a stand alone hotel - it is part of a larger complex of rental apartments). You go left to the main gate, then right until the large empty parking lot, and then walk all the way till you reach the beach. Street dogs line the way - but seem fairly docile compared to other places that I've been.

Summary: Ok - Large room - Good bed - not quite in the city center - not really the hotel that I expected!
