It is located in the serene village, Payyampally in Wayanad District near Kuruva Island .It is very close to the prominent tourist centres and gives easy access to the major cities. It is on the way to Kuruva Island, Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary, Thirunelly Temple, Brahmagiri Hills, Nagarhole Wild life sanctuary, Iruppu Water Falls , Muneeswaran Kovil etc..... The other major tourist attractions in wayanad are ; Wayanad ghat , Pookode lake , Soochippara and Meenmutty waterfalls, Banasura Sagar Dam, Edakkal caves, Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary etc... and 'County Pep' gives easy access to all the tourist Centres.
Being a region with plenty of wild life sanctuaries, the visitors of Wayanad are much concerned about their safety. 'County Pep' always maintains a safe and respectful distance from wildlife.
In ' County Pep', there are 5 bedrooms with attached with bathrooms (Western Type) . We have taken at most care to uphold privacy to each guest. All the rooms are accessed to a well furnished living cum dining room ( 700 sq feet in size) with 40" TV . The entire edifice of County Pep is based on the antique style of Kerala . We have also a well equipped kitchen which is meant only for the use of guests
