Thought it's time to share my little slice of heaven, put your feet up relax and remember your on island time, with view's of the water and only a few minutes walk and you feet are in the sand it's the place to be, with the Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit only 6km away plus so many other attractions on the island it's impossible to mention them all, whether it's the Penguins or the Chocolate Factory, A Maze N Things Theme Park or just get out to wine and dine there's something for everyone, with lots of shopping and little market's happening all the time on the island I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself, not to mention all the beautiful walks..
A little about me, it's was always a dream to own a place in Surf Beach and after years of hard work that dream's become a reality, as I built this place myself a lot of time and care has gone into it, the idea of people being able to enjoy this place as much as I have makes me happy.
It's a reasonably large block almost 1000m2 with a driveway from front to back with 3m wide clearance down the side of the house if a bike, boat or jet ski needed to be stored, the property is very secure fenced right around with a 2m high iron fence right across the front with steel and iron gates that can be locked while you may be out for the day.
There is a solar headed swimming pool, just to clarify solar heated meaning water is circulated from the pool to the roof top then passes through black solar mats and is heated by the sun, during cooler months as there is not as much sun the water temperature stays quite cool.
For the kid's there are swings a trampoline and totem tennis outside to keep them entertained plus board games in the house, Parents concerned about the staircase with young children there is a children's safety security gate available that is quite easy to be put in place at the top or bottom of the staircase, there is also a high chair and portacot if needed.
There is a small out house and shed at the back of the property, these are for my personal use only, but just to clarify neither will be occupied or accessed during your stay, as I want my guests to have full privacy and feel as if they're in a home away from home
Ideally overtime I would love to develop a relationship with my guests who enjoy and appreciate this place as much as I do and feel comfortable to contact me and hopefully come back time and time again.
