The flat has access to three private balconies and covered parking. There is also a large two-tiered terrace above the flat.
Well decorated throughout, both bedrooms have attached bathrooms and comfortable storage cupboards. There is a separate detached room which can double up as a quiet study, studio, meditation room, or space for a spare bed. The living area and bedrooms have air-conditioning. Internet connectivity is available. The dining room is separate from the kitchen and living room, proving ample buffer space as well.
