The guest room was pristine, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The bed, mattress, duvet, and linen were of good quality and maintained to acceptable hygiene standards, allowing for adequate rest. Bathroom facilities were clean, well-ventilated, and properly maintained. Towels and amenities were neatly arranged, reflecting the hotel’s emphasis on sanitation and upkeep. Dining services were satisfactory—clean, organized, hygienic, and well-prepared, with food quality meeting expectations. However, a serious and unacceptable lapse occurred in service behavior, specifically involving Mr. Riyas, whose lethargic attitude, lack of urgency, and unprofessional handling of a time-critical request caused significant inconvenience. Due to his inaction and failure to respond responsibly, I missed my scheduled flight, resulting in stress, disruption, and financial loss. This incident reflects a concerning lack of accountability and time sensitivity that does not align with basic hospitality standards. While most staff members demonstrated courtesy and professionalism, this particular experience severely impacted an otherwise positive stay. Such negligence can have serious consequences for travelers, especially business guests and those with fixed travel schedules. .
