Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy beautiful estuary views from your home. Set on a large block, this double story house is laid out to give the family enough space to relax but cosy enough to come together for mealtimes. The balcony overlooks the river and the shared spaces are great for entertaining. The property has direct river and jetty access, kayaks, BBQ.
The house is overall spacious, in an ideal location to relax near the river. Inside, the house is spacious but fairly simple. Please note there is no wifi in the house, but all phone operators should have 4G coverage.
Downstairs:
On the bottom floor of the property, you will find the main lounge, dining and kitchen areas, as well as a laundry.
The first bedroom ( 2 single beds), and the bathroom is also located on that level.
Upstairs:
2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, a sunroom with a TV to watch DVDs or play some cards, a second bathroom, and access to the balcony.
The backyard has private access to the river.
Parking: the possibility of parking up to 4 cars in the front yard.
Outside: the garden is fully fenced. Please note however the fence at the back, where the access to the beach is, is only a meter high.
Cannons Creek is less than an hour from Melbourne and is the perfect place to relax, and enjoy estuary views from the garden, terrace, balcony, or terrace.
The house is located on a quiet street facing the estuary.
There is a nice walk starting from the backyard along the coastline and leading up to a tiny beach. Possibility to attach your boat right in front of the house (if you have one), and an ample amount of canoes available for your leisure. Fishing is also great from the jetty, meters away from the garden.
We welcome well-behaved dogs (and owners). If you are to bring dogs to your stay, please seek approval prior to booking.
