Positive: the staff was very courteous... they always greeted you and were ready to help... they were always smiling... and never said no for anything.

Negative: the resort is far from the main town of the location (Kurseong) and even further away than Darjeeling. Also the charge for the room were insanely high ... that is where they loose out on the value for money

Summary: beautiful property but at insanely high cost...
