Positive: Our 2-day stay at the Taj was truly stunning, filled with exceptional hospitality and smooth service. We did face an issue related to our room, but Mr. Ankit and Mr. Sachin handled it with remarkable professionalism. Their supportive nature and quick problem solving attitude were truly praiseworthy. We would also like to appreciate Mr. Gaurav, the bartender, who was extremely helpful and added to our overall comfort during the stay. Overall, our experience at the hotel was excellent. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our trip memorable and enjoyable.
