Summary: The hotel is overall nice with a few downsides. The room was great and clean, but a faint mouldy smell was detectable when entering the room. The staff was very kind and attentive, but the management didn’t seem to have a full grasp of the operation. We saw a suited manager (presumably) scolding the staff in public, and one morning at breakfast the system seems to have broken down e.g., we had to wait 30min for coffee and our food to order was either missing or super late.
