We are strictly 18+ Property. While all adults are welcome, Dorm room are recommended for guests age between 18 - 35. A valid international passport and card details are required for check in. Guests enjoy FREE WIFI, NEW Air Cons, FREE Lockers, FREE Netflix available in common lounge area & private rooms with attached bathroom with an on-site bar and restaurant downstairs! Sports are available to watch on the big screens, just ask our lovely bar staff what we have available. There are also pool tables and dart boards available for customer use. We are a live venue and we hold many CONCERTS, just visit our Facebook for more info on who's coming to TOWN! As well as live bands EVERY weekend. Located only 2 minutes from all the major shopping center's, city attractions, nightclubs, and the Lagoon! The Jack is the PERFECT place for travelers wanting to visit the GREAT BARRIER REEF and the DAINTREE RAINFOREST. Our travel desk offers great DISCOUNTS and local knowledge. Please be aware that The Jack Backpackers is a licensed venue. Live entertainment can be heard in the beer garden from 6pm until 2am, mainly on weekends. Reception open hours: 9.00am - 19:00pm If you are planning a late check-in after 19:00 pm. Please call our friendly reception team at your earliest convenience to arrange a late check in. Please also note that The Jack Backpackers is a international hostel and only accepts booking with a valid International passport and credit card will be required upon check-in. Please note that there is a surcharge of minimum 1.50% when paying with Eftpos. The Jack Backpackers is unsuitable for people under the age of 18. Bookings made by any guests under the age of 18 will not be accepted and will be asked to cancel the booking. House Rules: Check in at 14:00pm and Check out 11:00am Curfew is a 22:00pm as we need to be respectful towards all our guests that may have tours booked or work the following day. NO NOISE.
