Summary: A Truly Wonderful stay at this hotel with probably the best customer service experience you could wish for.Your needs and requirements met in full by every member of staff. A small problem in the restaurant met with text book customer response by Riya Restaurant Manager and dealt with effectively immediately. Thanks to all the team at the hotel.
