Bring the whole family to this Large cheerful home - centrally located in the inner city. Great place with lots of room for fun.
Approx. 3km from the City and just a 5min walk to the train station/bus stop. The train line to the City also stops at the MCG & Tennis Centre or if the weather permits, enjoy the 30min stroll to the sporting precinct.
The little ones will enjoy the cubbyhouse in the backyard!
The living spaces are light, bright, open plan and extend out to an entertainers deck and backyard with a cubby for the kids. The kitchen boasts a large island bench, walk in butlers pantry and is perfect for large families/groups with a double oven and large cooktop.
Central heating & cooling in the lounge, and a gas fireplace in the living area to cozy up around in winter, ceiling fans in the rooms and split system in the master bedroom. The 2nd living space at the front of the house also has a smart TV.
Each room has comfortable beds all made up using soft quality bed linen.

Tram on Victoria Street (850m walk) also goes into the City and direct out to Victoria Gardens (5min tram ride)
Buses at the end of the street (400m) also go to the City via Melbourne Museum/Fitzroy Gardens
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but just moments from popular Johnston Street (bars, restaurants, cafes) and Victoria Street just an 850m walk (the Little Saigon of Melbourne with many Asian eateries). Gahan Reserve is a lovely park at the end of the street with a fantastic playground for the kids and it's also only a 5min walk to the Abbotsford Convent and Children's Farm on the Yarra River which has some lovely trail walks in and around Studley Park. Studley Park boathouse is also worth the walk.
This place is surrounded by popular cafes, trendy restaurants, bars & breweries that are all within walking distance.
