Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the magnificent bucolic garden of over 400m2 at the back of the house, a true oasis of tranquility where you can relax and enjoy the outdoor barbecue and other facilities at your disposal.
The property, fully renovated in 2023, is divided into two parts: a single-story main house and an annex. The main house offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort (Fiber and Wifi 6).
The main living space includes a fully equipped integrated kitchen open to a spacious 50m2 living area, leading to an outdoor terrace. This space, with its comfortable convertible sofa (Bobochic, 140*200 bed), Smart TV, and large table, is the perfect spot to relax and gather after a day of exploring the region.
At the back, you'll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed (160), providing a spacious and comfortable resting space. The second bedroom with two single beds (90*200, can be converted into a King Size 180) is ideal for families with children or friends traveling together. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet is also at your disposal. An independent toilet completes the accommodation.
The annex, located in front of the house, offers additional privacy. It features a cozy mezzanine with a double bed (140) where you can rest, as well as a private bathroom and toilet.
