Positive: The overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, the service was smooth, and the stay was very comfortable. Special thanks to Deepika, who went above and beyond to help us with our parcel. Her assistance made things much easier for us. Truly great hospitality — would definitely book again.

Negative: Nothing specific to dislike. The experience was mostly smooth and enjoyable.

Summary: Overall, the stay was excellent, truly worth the money, and I would happily choose this hotel again for my next booking.
