Bright & spacious 2 room unit on 1st floor that comfortably fits 4 with a relaxing, green & open large balcony and mini garden. Being an extensive AirBnB user myself, I can relate to the expectations of an AirBnB guest. I will try to make your stay as much comfortable & at home as possible. I DON’T intend to run my property as a Hotel/guest-house but want to create & share a true AirBnB experience and expect the same from my guests :)

Guest access
As a guest you will have access to the following:
-A private mini garden with complete privacy from all 4 sides is exclusively reserved for you (though a gardener/helper will visit thrice a week to tend to the plants for a few minutes). The entry/way to the condo is private and completely un-hindered and is accessible via an iron staircase.
-“On intimation” (via WhatsApp or SMS) access to a fully automatic front load washing machine which is kept in the back garden on the ground floor. If you don’t know how to operate, please ask for the instructions. We will be more than happy to help :)
-You may park your car inside (on the driveway) but might have to move it on request if, in case, there is another car to park in the driveway.
- You will NOT have access to the front lawn on the ground floor, which is exclusively reserved for the house owner.
Other things to note
-Oil based Room heater is available on chargeable basis @ INR 200 per 24 hours. (It is literally an electricity guzzler, so we are not able to offer it as a complimentary item)
-Extra garbage bags (for kitchen and bathroom trash bin) are kept in kitchen (below cooking slab).
