The 62m2 apartment located near U1 Wien Hbf (Vienna Main Train Station),above U1 Keplerplatz Subway Station (less than 1 min walking distance) , is newly renovated,fully furnished & professionally cleaned before your arrival.
The location is in close proximity to the most important attractions in Vienna :

My apartment is suitable for the couples, adventurers traveling alone, business travelers, group travelers,student group & family.
The space
The apartment is less than 1 minute to Keplerplatz U1 Station. (The apartment is above the U1 Keplerplatz subway station).
The apartment allows max 9 people to stay.
Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, the apartment is overlooking the Favoritenstrasse's shopping street and a church.
The apartment is newly renovated and filled with new furniture. The apartment is mainly decorated with Gustav Klimt's art paintings. Partial art pieces are from my own paintings and another Spain Artist called "Tasirupekaharo".
There is a dining table in the living room and a kitchen.The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave,coffee filter machine, electric kettle,rice cooker and etc will give you the possibility to cook during your stay.
All necessary bed linens and towels are always provided fresh and clean.
The pillows and bedcovers are newly bought.
