The space
Let me give an overview as to how the place is.
The estate view room with private hut is next to the main bungalow. As you enter the rooms there is a queen bed, bunker bed and 2 single sofa's with an attached bath.
This room has a double bed and a bunk bed which can accommodate 4 guests, extra floor mattress can be put to accommodate additional guests. There is a private hut which is exclusive to this room.
There is plenty of open green space in and around the property where guests can walk around freely and play in the lawn area.
Guddadamane property can accommodate 18 to 25 people in total. There are 5 rooms and a bungalow. There will be other guests in the property.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the booked room. Guest also has access to the common areas outside the room and the coffee plantation.
During your stay
This property is taken care by our family, either of the family members will be available at the property unless there is a family function . Guests can feel free to speak to us. Also our caretaker is very friendly and can be approached for any small needs.
Other things to note
Guests have the option of ordering home cooked meals after booking, our meal package costs Rs.800 per person which includes evening coffee, dinner and breakfast. Please note the charges for the above mentioned package is not included in the booking price. The meal package has to be ordered well in advance.
- There are friendly dogs present at the property.
- Open parking space is available and parking would be at the guests risk.
- Although the property is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution while walking in and around the plantation.
- Other guests will be at the property and we would ask to give them privacy.
House Rules:
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the property premises after 10 PM
- No pets are allowed in the room.
- Drinking is allowed but only in the designated private areas.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the room. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- Food is to be consumed in the dining room only, consumption of food in the room is not permitted.
- Any breakages or damages will be charged.
- IDs are required for all guests.
If there is a pet you would like to get along there would be additional charges of Rs.500 per pet.
