Downstairs is the huge open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV & gas fireplace) that flows out the covered Deck. Also downstairs is Bedroom 1, which features a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet) plus a separate Toilet and internal access to the Garage.
Upstairs is a large Family Room (with smart TV) providing access to a Balcony, Bedroom 2 - which features BIR and a dual-entry Bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet), as well as Bedrooms 3 and 4, each with BIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The covered ground floor Deck (with gas BBQ & outdoor seating for 10 people) overlooks the enclosed Courtyard and there is a first floor Balcony. The huge Garage provides parking space for 3-4 cars as well as internal access into the home.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, Liebherr French door fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and 6-burner gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The whole home has ducted reverse cycle heating & cooling and there is a gas fireplace in the Living Room downstairs.
