My home is situated in a 50 acre plantation of Rubber,Pepper and Cashew . It is within the Mookambika wildlife sanctuary with very close proximity to the famous Kollur-Mookambika temple,Murudeshwar,Malpe harbour & beach, Turtle bay beach at trasi, Kodachadri,Jog falls , Sawparnika river etc .
I live in the property and I'm renting out 3 out of the 4 bedrooms.
