My large family home was built with the intention of making space for all siblings to use it togeather in retirement. After four years I am realising that not all of us use it regularly hence most of the house is unused except when all of us join once or twice a year.
This opened up the idea of home stay as my husband and me are only the ones who are here on a regular basis along with the maintaining staff, (we have a five member team with a cook included) making it a Homestay could cover its maintainence cost and having gusts could also keep the house busy.
We have very larg rooms ( suit like ,each room has anti room attached bathroom a sit out and garden) there is a very larg family dining attached to the kitchen which happens to be in the courtyard with a garden.
We have eight such suits ( one we live in ) so are ready to let out seven .
