For your convenience, the kitchen is kept stocked with cooking oil, spices, tea, coffee, sugar. Please get the rest of the provisions from the market on your way to the Villa as the stores nearby don't keep groceries. However, you could order fruits, vegetables, general grocery, bread, milk from a provision store nearby, with a day's advance notice.
We don't provide food or a cook so incase you don't want to cook on your own, we could share the details of the nearby restaurant that delivers at the property. You could ask the restaurant for simple meals or regular tiffins as well. And our caretaker can also help you with the rotis/rice or chopping of vegetables. You can also order from Zomato/Swiggy.
For barbecue and bonfire, coal and wood could be arranged with advance payment and notice. The charges are Rs. 500.
There can be unexpected power outages but we have an inverter installed to take care of the lights and fans. An emergency light is also available.
Guest access
The entire Villa is available for your exclusive use including the lawn, terrace, utility laundry area and parking.
Other things to note
Cleaning of the rooms and common spaces happens from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Our Caretaker, Mr. Mohan Negi, will be available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. everyday. He can help you with:
- making tea/coffee.
- washing the utensils.
- helping with cooking by chopping vegetables or making rotis/rice (he won't cook the entire meal, but will only help with these two things).
- laying the dining table.
- cleaning the washrooms and making beds.
- guiding through the local hikes and riverside.
If you have a pet that you'd like to bring along, please share the details with us in advance. We cannot allow more than 2 pets.
: The pet must not be allowed on the bed or sofa. No hair on furnishings and linen please.
: Please bring your pet's bed and food + water bowls.
: Ensure that you walk the pet outside the villa grounds, to poop and pee.
