In season guests will be able to raft into the property, should they desire. At the resort, all rooms come with a veranda and river and mountain views. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Guests at Spashram RiverMountain Retreat will be able to enjoy activities like hiking, bird, butterfly or small mammal watching, rock climbing, white water rafting, rock climbing and wildlife safaris, dependent on the season. Yoga,Ayurvedic Massage, and Meditation are also offered. All require advance notice Parmarth Niketan Ashram is 20 mi from the resort, as is Deoprayag, the confluence of the true Ganges, while Triveni Ghat is 11 mi away. Jolly Grant Airport is 32 mi from the property. This property is on a mountain escarpment strategically located and extends all the way down to the Ganges(Ganga) and beach where recreation, aarti ceremony and picnic lunch bbq can be provided. The property therefore has meandering paths and country style paths and steps and will not suit those who have walking or back and knee issues. For those who have such problems however if they desire to come and stay for long stays without daily walks, special "carry the person arrangements" can be made for "once in" and "once out of property" at additional fees Birds Butterflies and Botany Park The estate has been nurtured to provide refuge to birds, butterflies , bees and insects as these form an integral part of any healthy biosphere. Policies such as no pesticide use in order to protect these species and smaller entomology are part of the ethos and visitors will enjoy watching and hearing these species The property attracts wildlife, including wild boar. The sound of leopard and goral antelope may be heard across the river. We have preserved this as a mini biosphere and therefore would like you to enjoy it for the sounds and sights of birds and wildlife, and disallow electronic music but allow guitars etc without electronic acoustics. Ayurveda and Ethnobotany We have ensured that those medicinal plants and herbs pre existent on the land remain and new ones be added.Visitors have the benefit to partake ayurvedic treatments and introduce medicinal fruit with excellent antioxidant properties such as the The site features an adventure skilling theater which is part of the estate and which has seen numerous adventure programs during the course of its history Today visitors can enjoy rock climbing and rappling, rafting and river crossing besides treks and walks During the months of November 2024 to June 2025 we will be operate on a raft in and raft out option to and from our beach.
