Summary: The room was lovely. The door staff were very welcoming and kind. Rohit i Pick Wick was very professional, kind, friendly and efficient. Rajesh the driver was outstanding. He was very professional and warm, nothing was too much bother. I had Rajesh most days as he very knowledgeable and was very patient driving me around feeding the street dogs, always with a warm smile. The rooms were immaculately serviced. I felt after staying in many 5 star hotels in India, Claridges front desk staff were not always welcoming and warm and i felt it lacked ambience. So please pass on my sincere thanks to Rohit, Rajesh and all the door and security staff, they excelled in their duties.
