Summary: Worst place to go in Rains. Absolutely no provision of shade anywhere in property. No umbrella in hotel, reception area gets flooded near entrance as no shade , luggage also gets wet while bringing to your room. Rooms on 1st floor facing valley becomes like swimming pool, Room 506 half room could not use as was full of water, room 406 & 407 also has water coming from badly constructed window. When complained to reception was informed that water comes during rains nothing can be done.Very poorly designed Hotel as far as convience for guest is concerned.
One of the best location and worst maintained property and rooms. No staff present near swimming pool area, if you want towel for pool have to go to reception and ask as no staff anywhere around pool area.
Gym room also has no staff, Weeds & grass grown on edges of room near windows.
Restaurant staff is all new and completely clueless about serving. Had terrible experience during 1st day dinner (our package included BF & Dinner). As few guests, dinner buffet was cancelled and set menu was kept. Staff used to get wrong food every time we ordered. Got veg soup when we ordered Chicken soup, ordered vegetables from there set menu but different vegetables were served, Staff did not know name of vegetables they were serving, food was served in random order, salads served after main course, all salad were ice cold and seems cut and freezed many hours before, wrong ice cream served, wrong rotis served.
Please avoid during rains.
