Summary: The check in was late (from 18:00 to 20:00) and the flat was not ready. Had to wait about 1 hour and a half before being able to check in. When entering, we saw the cleaning was partially done. Dust were still on the floor and a bit everywhere. We booked the full package with towels, shower gel and bedsheets but it is only the 2nd day where we were provided those items. When noticed, we went back to the reception but it was already closed. We slept the first night without bedsheets and had no towels. The flat is overall ok but not in the best conditions (AC old and not working, dog hairs on the blankets, dust on the floor, broken sofa, damaged floor…). Despite this experience, the company were very short of staff and we felt like they did everything they could to maintain the place and their work. We wished that there was a better organization.
